Nothing sends until you say so.
An automation should earn your trust before it's allowed to act alone.

THE ONE-MINUTE VERSION
- Nothing we build sends anything on its own at first. Every message waits for you to approve it.
- It runs like that alongside your team for a week, on your real work.
- After that, you choose what can go out by itself. You can switch it off from your phone.
The fear most people have about automation isn't that it won't work. It's that it will work confidently and wrongly, in their name, to their customers.
That's a reasonable fear. So we don't ask you to trust anything on day one.
Held at the gate
When an automation first goes live, nothing it writes goes straight out. Every reply, quote and reminder waits for you. You see exactly what it would send, and you decide whether it does.
It runs this way alongside your team for a week, on your real work, before anything changes.
Then you decide
By the end of that week you've seen what it does with your actual customers. Some drafts will be right first time. Some you'll edit. Those edits are how we tune it to the way you write.
When you're happy, you can let the routine things go out on their own, like booking confirmations, and keep approval on the ones that matter. It doesn't have to be all or nothing, and it doesn't have to be forever.
The off switch
You can switch it off from your phone. If something looks wrong, you don't have to ring anyone first.
