Formats
Half-day workshop
Three to four hours. Gets a team from 'we've heard of ChatGPT' to confidently using AI for writing, summarising, research and admin — on their own documents, not toy examples.
Full-day workshop
The half day plus hands-on build time: we sit with the team and set up the prompts, templates and shortcuts they'll keep using on Monday. Ends with a written playbook for your business.
Role-specific sessions
Separate sessions per function — finance, sales, admin, marketing, operations — so nobody sits through examples that don't apply to their job.
On-site or remote
In your office anywhere in Ireland, or over Zoom or Teams for hybrid and multi-site teams. Same content either way.
What a session covers
The running order is built around what your team actually does all day. A typical workshop covers:
- Which AI tools are actually worth paying for — and which duplicate what you already own
- Prompting that works: giving context, examples and constraints instead of one-line questions
- Writing and editing with AI while keeping your own tone of voice
- Summarising long documents, email threads, meetings and reports
- Research and first drafts — and how to check AI output before it goes to a client
- Where AI is confidently wrong, and how to spot it
- GDPR and client confidentiality: what you must never paste into a public chatbot
- Simple internal rules so the whole team uses AI the same way
- Spotting the repetitive tasks worth automating properly afterwards

Funding
Ireland has established supports for business upskilling — Skillnet Ireland networks and Local Enterprise Office training programmes among them. Whether a session qualifies depends on your sector, company size and the network you're in, so treat funding as something to check rather than assume.
We're not a grant administrator and we don't decide eligibility. Talk to your Skillnet network or your Local Enterprise Office first — if a support applies, we'll provide whatever paperwork and scope detail they need. Questions
Is this a course or a workshop?
A workshop. We come to your team (on-site or on Zoom) for a half day or full day and train them on the AI tools they'll use in their actual job. There's no exam, no semester and no academic credit — if you want a certified qualification, a college or Skillnet programme is the better fit.
How much does AI training cost?
It's quoted per project. Price depends on team size, how many sessions you want, whether it's on-site or remote, and how much of the content we tailor to your tools and workflows. Tell us the shape of it and you'll get a fixed quote back.
Can training be part-funded in Ireland?
Possibly. Skillnet Ireland networks and Local Enterprise Office training supports part-fund business upskilling, and eligibility depends on your sector, size and the network you join. We're not a grant administrator — check directly with your Skillnet network or LEO before assuming a session is covered.
Do you travel outside Dublin?
Yes. Sessions are delivered on-site anywhere in Ireland, or remotely over Zoom or Teams if your team is spread out or hybrid.
What size team does this suit?
Small teams work best — typically 4 to 25 people in a room. Larger organisations usually run several sessions split by department or role.
What do we need to have in place first?
Nothing. If you already have Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or ChatGPT accounts we'll train on those. If you don't, part of the session covers choosing tools and setting sensible rules around data before anyone pastes a client file into a chatbot.
