These terms cover the work done by Agentic Builds ("we", "us"), Galway, Ireland, reachable at hello@agenticbuilds.ie. By accepting a quote you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our GDPR statement and our Refund Policy.
1. What we do
We build custom AI automations and custom websites for businesses. Every project is scoped and priced on a case-by-case basis. There are no fixed packages.
2. Quotes and starting work
A project starts with a call. After it, we send you a written quote describing the work, the price and the payment schedule. The project is agreed when you accept that quote in writing. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
3. Consent to begin work
Our work is bespoke. If you are a consumer and ask us to start within the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that you lose that cancellation right once the work is fully performed, and that you pay for work done up to the point you cancel (S.I. 484/2013). Business customers are not covered by this cancellation right.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us an accurate description of the job and how you work today.
- Give us the access we need to your tools and accounts, and keep your own account logins, billing and subscriptions in good standing.
- Make sure you own, or have permission to use, anything you supply (content, data, images, brand assets).
- Reply to review requests within 14 days. A project with no response for over 30 days may be paused.
5. Timelines
Timelines in a quote are good-faith estimates. They start once we have the access, content and approvals we need. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late approvals or third-party services.
6. Changes to the scope
If you want something outside the agreed quote, we will tell you the cost in writing before doing it.
7. Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, you own the workflows, code, design and content we built specifically for you. Third-party tools and services we build on (for example n8n, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, hosting providers, fonts and open-source code) remain under their own licences and terms, and any subscription fees for them are yours.
8. After handover: two ways forward
- Retained partnership — we monitor and maintain the work for a monthly fee agreed in your quote. You can cancel any time; it ends at the close of the current paid month.
- Total ownership — we hand over the work and its instructions, and you run it yourself. Later help is quoted separately.
9. AI and automated output
Automations and AI tools can make mistakes. We build in checks proportionate to the job, but you remain responsible for reviewing output that has legal, financial or safety consequences before relying on it.
10. Acceptable use
We will not build anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or designed to send spam or misuse personal data. We may stop work if a project turns out to be for such a purpose.
11. Warranty
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law are not affected.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded under Irish law. Otherwise, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.
13. Ending a project
Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for work done up to that point, as set out in our Refund Policy. We may suspend work for non-payment or a breach of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one on this page on the date you accepted your quote.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
