This policy explains how Agentic Builds ("we", "us"), Galway, Ireland, handles personal data when you visit agenticbuilds.ie, book a call or work with us. We are the data controller for this information. Contact: hello@agenticbuilds.ie. See also our GDPR statement.
1. What we collect
- Booking details — name, email, phone, business name, call type, chosen time, and what you tell us about the job you want automated or the website you need.
- Enquiries and quote requests — what you send through our forms or by email.
- Chat messages — conversations with Ava, our on-site assistant, and any contact details you choose to share there.
- Phone calls — calls to our line are answered by Ava, an AI receptionist. The details you give her (such as your name, number and reason for calling) are passed to us so we can follow up.
- Project data — access and information you give us so we can build your automation or website.
- Cookies and analytics — only the categories you accept in the cookie notice, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking (which shows whether an ad click led to a booking). Strictly necessary cookies are always set.
- Email records — delivery, bounces and unsubscribes for emails we send you.
2. Why we use it (legal basis)
- Contract — to arrange your call, quote and deliver the project.
- Legal obligation — to keep invoices and tax records.
- Legitimate interest — to run and secure the site and reply to enquiries.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and marketing emails. Withdraw it any time.
3. Who we share it with
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database and email delivery (EU).
- Google — calendar availability and call invitations; and, only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement.
- AI model providers — to power the chat assistant. Messages are not used to train their models.
- Payment providers — if you pay online; we never see full card numbers.
We do not sell personal data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
4. How long we keep it
- Bookings and enquiries that don't become projects — up to 12 months.
- Project correspondence — up to 3 years after handover.
- Invoices and payment records — 6 years (Irish tax law).
- Chat logs — up to 12 months.
- Email suppression list — kept so we keep honouring your unsubscribe.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@agenticbuilds.ie and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the person doing the work.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
