This Privacy Policy explains how Agentic Builds ("we", "us", "our") collects and processes personal data when you visit agenticbuilds.ie or buy our services. We are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us at hello@agenticbuilds.ie.
1. What we collect
- Contact details — name, business name, email, phone, country — when you fill in a form, request a billing link, or email us.
- Project information — the brief, content links, brand notes and deadlines you submit during checkout.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive the last four digits of the card, billing country, amount and a Stripe customer/session ID. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Chat widget messages — if you use the AI assistant on the site, we log the conversation to improve responses and detect abuse.
- Cookies & analytics — only the categories you consent to via the cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies are always set so the site works.
- Email engagement — bounces, complaints and unsubscribes for transactional emails we send you.
2. Why we use it (legal basis)
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the website you ordered, send billing links, and provide support.
- Legal obligation — to keep invoices and tax records for the period required by Irish law.
- Legitimate interest — to operate, secure and improve the site (including spam/abuse prevention).
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and for any marketing emails (you can withdraw consent at any time).
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted processors to run the business. Each one is bound by data-processing terms:
- Stripe — payment processing and customer billing portal.
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database and email delivery infrastructure (EU region).
- AI providers — to power the on-site chat assistant. Messages are sent in real time and not used to train third-party models.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
4. How long we keep it
- Project intake & correspondence — up to 3 years after project handover.
- Invoices & payment records — at least 6 years (Irish tax law).
- Chat logs — up to 12 months.
- Email suppression list — retained indefinitely to honour your unsubscribe.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, or object to processing. Email hello@agenticbuilds.ie and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
6. Security
Data is stored on servers in the EU with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to people who need it to deliver the service.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice on the site.
