Every project is priced case by case, and the payment schedule is set out in your written quote. This page explains what happens if you cancel. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Before work starts
If you cancel after accepting a quote but before we start work, we refund anything you have paid in full.
2. After work starts
If you cancel once work has started, you pay for the work done up to that point, measured against the milestones in your quote. We refund any amount you have paid beyond that. Anything a deposit covered is stated in the quote before you accept it.
3. After handover
Once the finished work is handed over and accepted, the build fee is not refundable. If something does not work as agreed in the quote, tell us and we will fix it.
4. Retained partnership
You can cancel a retained partnership at any time. It ends at the close of the current paid month; there are no part-month refunds.
5. Third-party costs
Fees you pay directly to other providers (software subscriptions, domains, hosting, AI usage) are governed by their own refund terms.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
7. How to ask for a refund
Email hello@agenticbuilds.ie. We reply within one working day and process agreed refunds within 14 days, to the original payment method.
